The 2009 Ottawa Fringe Festival is over!
But before we closed the festival for another year, Execuitive Producer Kevin Waghorn announced the winners of the 2009 Peer Awards. A committee of accomplished professionals and dedicated Fringe patrons from Ottawa’s arts community saw every show in the festival and chose the winners in the following categories.
