Melody

William and Katherine are lonely people who meet in the park for concerts during lunchtime. But there are ‘skeletons in each cupboard’ here, waiting to pounce.

Mary Ellis is Kathleen, Brian Stewart is William.

The timing is impeccable throughout. Mary Ellis and Brian Stewart are able to evoke laughter from the very beginning with mere glances. They’re both so sweet, your grandmother would want to take them both home and feed them tea and bikkies.

But all is not as it seems. There are secrets revealed (no spoilers here, folks), and in a flash, their world begins to …

Will they survive the crisis? Will Ingrid Bergman stay with Humphrey Bogart or get on the plane with Paul Henreid?

Pays your money and find out. Last chance on Saturday.

This is a sweet, fun story portrayed by two top actors. Definitely a “date” show, although I went alone and wishing I wasn’t. Another fine production from this company.
I could have done without the cue cards, not a reflection of the actor presenting them, just unneccessary and a little distracting.

    Absolutely worth it!
