Online indoor application posted for regular indoor performers

November 30
Deadline: Indoor applications

December 5
Indoor application lottery day

2008

January 2
BYOV applications available online.

January 15
Deadline: Withdraw from Festival (to receive full refund)
Tech Questionnaire sent out

January 30
Deadline: BYOV applications

Feb 15
Deadline: Tech questionnaires for indoor/BYOV performers

February 29
Performer Program copy form, and Billeting form sent out

March 15
Deadline: Final withdrawal from Festival (to receive 50% of application fees)
Note: Withdrawals after this date will forfeit their entire fee

March 21
Deadline: Program copy

May 1
Deadline to submit billeting application
Deadline to submit tax waiver applications to CCRA
(International Companies only)
