Satanic Panic (or the Death of Al Pacino)

Garkin Productions

Writer/Creator: Mat Petrus

Vince loves Zoey and Zoey loves Vince.  Pity that the sound of Vince’s voice makes Zoey feel sick to her stomach, and Vince wants to squeeze all the crazy out of her brains with his bare hands.  True love or train wreck? An intense, dark, and hilarious new comedy - like Edward Albee on a cocaine binge.

  1. I like to laugh. Wait…scratch that. I *love* to laugh.

“Satanic Panic (and the Death of Al Pacino)” made me laugh and laugh and laugh.

And I wasn’t alone. It seems most everyone in the sold out crowd was cracking up along with me.

The cast is excellent…such high energy and brilliant characterization. In addition to laughing, I love being privy to antics of screwed up characters. And these guys are. Screwed. UP. In fact, the sanest one in the bunch is a recetly-lapsed Satanist (played by the always adorable Zach Counsil).

“Satanic Panic” was the highlight of an all-around great Sunday at the Fringe.

  2. This is dark, twisted, and hilarious. Go see it.

  3. A comprehensive review:
